Practice Groups
Practice groups provide an opportunity for women and men to learn and practice mind/body/spirit health and growth. You will be introduced to the idea of the world as a mirror for healing the split nature of the human experience with spirit. We will focus on the natural healing energy of the open, full, strong and clear heart to bring balance, peace and surrender to old beliefs, habits and roles. The group energy is used to amplify the individual experience. Through healing intentions, energy work, sacred ritual, meditation, breathwork and group intimacy a circle of safety and unconditional love is created. This beginning personal growth opportunity will open the door for unconditional love, grounded presence and spiritual connection to feed, nurture and heal the soul. Typical commitment is 8 to 12 consecutive weeks per group series.
Woman’s Sacred Healing Group
Thursday evenings 5:30-7:15 (8 week commitment)

Men’s Sacred Healing Group
Tuesday evenings 5:30-7:15 (6-8 week commitment)
This is an educational and experiential opportunity for men to learn and practice mind/body/spirit health and growth. This group will utilize Jeanne Achterberg’s Eight Concepts of Healing as the ground for deepening self-knowledge, opening to expanded paradigms of reality and tapping into tools for spiritual connection.
We will focus on learning meditation, mindfulness and communication skills to support transitions in relationships, habits, roles and identity. This personal growth opportunity will open the door for grounded presence and deeper knowing to expand and lift the masculine soul.

Intimacy Group for Couples
Thursday nights 7:30-9:15 (6 week commitment)
This group is for those in intimate partnerships that would like to shift into more conscious connection and learn new tools for intimacy through heart presence, deeper communication and shared vision.
Tuition: $150.00 per couple per week, pre-paid discount available

Intermediate groups:
Intermediate groups are offered to those students that have participated in shifted states of consciousness and want to move toward a level shift. Pre-requisite is a completed individual series of 10 sessions, and 1 or more introductory groups. These groups continue to work within a committed framework of 8-12 sessions. Readings, homework, deeper psychological work, group intimacy and practicing deeper spiritual truths are the pillars of the intermediate group.
Advanced groups:
Advanced groups are offered to the committed student of consciousness that has experienced expanded shifts in states of consciousness, a solid meditation practice and is on the path of level shifts into transcendence mind. Pre-requisite is a completed individual series of 10 sessions, 1 or more introductory groups, 1 or more intermediate groups and a deep personal commitment to live in conscious awareness of different realms of reality co-existing. These groups continue to work within a committed framework of a minimum of 12 sessions over a 6-9 month period. Spiritual readings, personal responsibility for shadow, manifestation practices, truth telling and holding sacred presence within a group consciousness are the cornerstones of the work in this group.
